James Gary Yallaly, P.E., principal engineer for Yallaly Company, said his firm provides specialized engineering services to rural Florida cities, counties and regions to improve water, waste water, reclaimed water, storm water and solid waste utility systems.
Yallaly Company was formed by merging four companies, Yallaly said.
The firm provides a full range of engineering services for utility capital projects including: feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, and technical support for capital financing, preparation of design and construction documents, assistance with bidding and construction contract award, construction contract administration and facility start up support.
“Florida’s rural utilities have special needs that aren’t adequately addressed by applying engineering procedures used for the high density metropolitan areas,” Yallaly said. “We focus on the special needs of rural utilities to provide practical, sustainable solutions,” he said
The Yallaly company is a client of the UCF Business Incubation Program in its St Cloud facility.
