OIA Scores in Airport Rankings

Hey business travelers. Check this out. Orlando International Airport placed fourth in the large U.S. airport category in the 2010 J.D. Power and Associates North American Airport Satisfaction Study rankings. OUA ranked five points behind the number one airport, Detroit, and one point behind Denver International and Minneapolis/St. Paul International, which tied for second. In 2008 Orlando International ranked third after ranking 14th in 2006. The rankings are based on airport accessibility, baggage claim, check-in and baggage processing, terminal facilities, security checkpoints and food and retail services.
