CI co-founder Fulmer on Brands

"Brands have a tremendous opportunity to transform the social environment into the initiation point for online commerce,” says my colleague Alan Fulmer, co-founder of Channel Intelligence. “But the evolution is slow because there are way too many manufacturers and retailers who don’t get it to one degree or another.
