"Florida Hospital’s Nicholson Center for Surgical Advancement, which focuses on robotic surgery and training, will start construction by June for its new $35 million, 50,000-square-foot facility in Celebration. This will mean up to 75 new permanent jobs, as many as 350 temporary construction jobs....In this case, the center’s new permanent jobs will include 50 high-tech positions such as clinicians, technicians, product development specialists and project managers, with an average salary of $55,000. It also will include 25 administrative and research jobs. Hiring should begin in the second quarter of this year and continue through 2011. Read more here.
