State's Tax Amenesty Program underway

Starting July 1, 2010, Florida taxpayers that owe back taxes will have the ability to participate in Florida’s three-month Tax Amnesty program. Signed into law by Governor Charlie Crist, the amnesty program gives taxpayers a chance to settle their debts with the state at a reduced interest payment, and with no imposed penalties.
